  • Do the rates mentioned include Taxes and Airport Fees?

    The rates mentioned are subject to GST being charged. There is no Airport Fees being charged for parking at E-Park Airport Parking facility.
     

  • What payment method do you accept?

    We at E-Park Airport Parking accept Cash and all major Credit & Debit Cards.
     

  • Where are you located?

    E-Park Airport Parking is located within minutes of Edmonton International Airport. For directions please

  • Do you provide transportation to and from the airport? If yes how much time does it take?

    We provide 24 hours free shuttle service to and from the Edmonton International Airport. Although we deliver in under 15 minutes, we request you to give yourself sufficient time to check in at E-Park airport parking and reach the airport before the airline’s suggested check-in time.
     

  • Are the parking lots open 24 hours a day?

    Our office and facilities are open 24 hours a day through out the year.
     

  • Are the parking lots secured?

    All the parking lots at the E-Park Airport Parking are secure, well lit, paved and fenced in to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle. As at any other place parking at E-Park is at owners risk and we are not liable for any damage or loss to the vehicle or belongings left therein.
     

  • How do I contact you after I return from my trip?

    When you return from your trip, whenever you are ready to be picked up call us at 1-877-202-2011 or 780-955-5535 the number is also mentioned on the check in slip. Then, you will need to go to the designated area mentioned by our parking attendant, where you will be picked up and brought back to your vehicle.
     

  • What if my flight is delayed or I park longer than the time originally reserved for?

    Your total price will be based on the actual length of time your vehicle is parked. You will be charged the daily or hourly rate mentioned on your reservation receipt if you arrive earlier or stay longer than the dates and times you originally reserved for.
     

  • Do you offer any special Corporate rates or discounts?

    Yes. Please call 1-877-202-2011 or 780-955-5535 for corporate bookings.
     

  • Do you offer car care services?

    We offer services like Car Wash, Gas Station, Convenience Store, and Liquor Store at our facility. The charges for these services are not included in the parking charges.
